This Plan Toys Hammer Ball is a great sturdy toy. Our daughter loves playing with the vibrant balls the most and are a perfect size for her to grasp. I do have to watch out when she’s playing with them because she loves to throw them. I actually often find the balls under the couch. Originally I was a little worried that she would injure herself with the mallet because she loves to swing it around, but no injuries it yet! She still hasn’t gotten the concept of hammering the balls but she does love to press them through and see the balls come rolling out. I highly recommend this pounder!

This item stood up to my son who can be a little rough on toys and he got loads of enjoyment out of it!

Our 15-month old has gotten a lot of use of out of this toy. She loves hammering the balls, but also likes to push the balls through the holes, as well as roll the balls. The quality of this toy is fantastic. Great for learning colors, too!

My daughter has many uses for this toy. In addition to using the hammer to knock the balls through the holes, she rolls the balls around the living room and then goes after them. She also uses the balls as instruments, banging them together. A big hit!

My son loves to play with the balls with or without the base. He hasn't been using the hammer so far. Overall great quality toy.
