high quality Plan Toys

Plan Toys (and Haba) are my two favorite companies. This shoe is the perfect size and it is high quality. My 3 1/2 year old twins are a little young to learn to tie a shoe but I am glad we have it already.

Great shoe-tying tool

I purchased this for my 4 year old and I have to say it's quite a challenge. Lacing and learning to cross each side is hard work, and then there's the tying. The shoe is a nice size and there are even treads on the bottom. Great for building focus and fine motor skills.

My daughter received this just before she turned 3. She like playing with it, but the purpose of helping to teach shoe tying was lost on her. I have put it away until she is a bit older. It does appear to be well made and should help her practice this skill when waiting at restaurants, in the car, etc.
