WHAT IS OOMPA'S RETURN POLICY?
Your complete satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of packages within 30 days of the sale date for a refund of your purchase price (less shipping and any applied discounts).
Items returned between 30 and 90 days of sale date are eligible for store credit.
To receive a refund or store credit, returned item(s) must be in new, unused condition, in the original undamaged box and/or packaging with all tags, warranties, and instructions intact.
HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?
To return any item(s), please pack the item and include the original packing slip. You can use the original box the item was shipped in if the size is appropriate. Please send the item to the following address:

HOW WILL MY REFUND OR STORE CREDIT BE CALCULATED?
Your refund will be calculated based on the price paid minus any coupons, Loyalty Points discounts, shipping charges, and gift wrapping fees if applicable. Additionally, if the merchandise returned causes the original order subtotal to fall below the threshold of a free shipping promotion, applicable shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND OR STORE CREDIT?
You will receive a refund (for items you purchased) or store credit (for items received as gifts) within five (5) business days of receipt of your returned merchandise.
