How do I participate?

Joining is easy! Just click the 'Create An Account' button to get started. Once you're registered with our store, you'll have the opportunity to take part in all of the exciting ways we currently offer to earn points. Get excited!

How can I earn points?

Play Points are earned by purchasing our products online. Earn 1 Play Point for every $1 spent on products (tax & shipping excluded).

Redeem Play Points for discounts on future purchases: 10 Play Points = $1 Discount. Please place your order using the email address associated with your account for Play Points to accrue and to see you balance at checkout. Orders placed with a different email address will not earn Play Points on your account. Play Points are non-transferrable and can not be redeemed for cash. Subscribe to our newsletter to receive announcements about new ways to earn in the future!

Can I Earn or Redeem Play Points when Placing a Phone Order?

Our Customer Care staff can not access Play Points accounts when taking orders over the phone. Play Points can only be earned and redeemed when making a purchase online.

Can I Combine My Points with Other Discounts?

When you redeem Play Points, you will receive a discount code that can be applied to an order. Only one discount code may be applied per order. Play Points cannot be combined with other promo codes.

How do I redeem my points?

Log in using the email address associated with your account. At checkout, a slider icon will appear displaying your Play Points balance. Simply adjust the slider to apply as many, or as few Play Points as you’d like. You must be logged in with the email associated with your account to see and redeem Play Points.

*Why Can’t I Redeem Play Points on Grimm’s and Wishbone Products?

We love these brands as much as our customers do! As authorized retailers, we work with all our vendors to ensure our pricing is in-line with their MSRP, and our sales can match their manufacturing capabilities. Limited stock, lengthy restock lead times, decreased availability and brand integrity also contribute to the exclusion of Grimm’s and Wishbone from our Play Points redemption. All purchases of these items will earn Play Points and are deposited in your account when the order ships.

We currently cannot allow Play Points to be redeemed on items from the following brands: Grimm’s Spiel & Holz and Wishbone. Gift cards are also exempt from our Play Points program. Due to the limited stock and our longstanding relationships with these vendors, we respect their requests to be excluded from certain discounts or promotions on our website.

How do I check my points balance?

Your up-to-date points balance is always displayed in the top of this popup.

Does it cost anything to begin earning points?

Absolutely not! Sign up is 100% free, and it will never cost you anything to earn points. Make sure to visit the 'Earn Points' tab to get started.

Do I have to enroll or register in individual promotions?

Once you register for an Oompa.com account, you're all set – we don't require you to register for individual promotions in order to be eligible. Just fulfill the requirements of a promotion, and we'll post the points to your account immediately!

How long will it take for points to post to my account?

You will receive points in your account as soon as your order ships!

Do my points expire?

Points are valid for 12 months from the date of the last qualifying purchase. Each qualifying purchase will automatically extend the expiration date of all unused points in an Oompa Rewards account for 12 months from the month of the qualifying purchase. If the Oompa Rewards account has no qualifying purchase activity within a 12-month period, all points in the account will expire.

Can I Combine My Points with Other Discounts?

Play Points cannot be combined with other offers. If you have a valid promo/coupon code, you’ll have to choose to apply it at checkout or redeem Play Points.

What happens to my points if I make a return?

If a full refund is issued, the Play Points spent will be returned to your account, and the Play Points earned on that purchase will be deducted.

For example: Amy has 200 Play Points and purchases a $100 Block Set and uses 100 Play Points for a $10 discount. Amy pays $90 and earns 90 Play Points. Quinn now has 190 Play Points. When the blocks are returned, Amy receives a $90 refund and 100 Play Points are returned. The 90 newly earned Play Points are removed. Amy is back to 200 Play Points.

Different rules apply for partially refunded orders.
